Our Easy ProcessStart Your Divorce Now

 

  • Step 1: Consultation with one of our experienced attorneys, who will advise you and answer your legal questions. You will also have additional conference time as needed with the attorney throughout the process.
  • Step 2: After you fill out our simple questionnaires, Legal Action Workshop completes your legal documents.
  • Step 3: We file your divorce and serve your spouse.If your spouse does not file a response, we will ensure the completion of your divorce.                     

NOTE: If your spouse files a response, we can still help you. (Additional flat fees will be required.)
